These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Super Dolls Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”) operated by Super Dolls, Pune, Maharashtra, India (“Super Dolls”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By applying to, being accepted into, or participating in the Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not apply for or participate in the Affiliate Program.

1. ABOUT THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM

The Super Dolls Affiliate Program allows approved influencers, creators, publishers, bloggers, nail artists, beauty enthusiasts, and other eligible individuals to promote Super Dolls products using an assigned affiliate link, referral link, discount code, or other approved tracking method.

Eligible Affiliates may earn commissions on qualifying purchases generated through their approved affiliate link or code.

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, joint venture, or other representative relationship between Super Dolls and the Affiliate.

Affiliates participate as independent contractors.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the application process.
• Maintain an active and genuine social media account, website, blog, or other approved promotional channel.
• Be legally capable of entering into these Terms.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, advertising standards, and social-media platform policies.
• Comply with these Terms and any additional Affiliate Program guidelines communicated by Super Dolls.
• Not use fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or artificial methods to generate sales, clicks, traffic, or commissions.

Super Dolls reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Affiliate Program.

3. AFFILIATE APPROVAL

Super Dolls may review an applicant’s:

• Content quality
• Audience relevance
• Engagement
• Social-media presence
• Brand suitability
• Previous promotional activity
• Compliance history
• Content category
• Overall suitability for the Super Dolls brand

We may request additional information before approving an application.

Super Dolls is not required to accept every applicant and may reject an application without providing a reason, subject to applicable law.

4. AFFILIATE LINKS AND CODES

Approved Affiliates may receive a unique affiliate link, referral link, discount code, or other tracking mechanism.

Affiliates may use their assigned link or code only for legitimate promotional activities permitted under these Terms.

Affiliates must not:

• Alter, manipulate, or obscure affiliate tracking links in a misleading manner.
• Use another Affiliate’s tracking link or code.
• Claim ownership of Super Dolls affiliate links or codes.
• Create unofficial or misleading discount codes.
• Represent themselves as an employee, authorised represen
